Bartender, Bar edelweiss in Tende, France - 2015/2016 I worked in the mountain bar during all my school hollidays. I was trusted to work on my own initiative and to open the bar myself . We had a regular local clientele and summer tourists. I had to learn basic bartending and how to deal with customers efficiently and helpfully. Pool attendant / Commis bartender, Château de calmer (5 stars hotel), La Croix-Valmer, France - June to October 2017 This was my first season in a 5 star hotel. My bartending and cocktail skills were enhanced a great deal, as were my language capabilities with the multinational clientele. I also learned the various requirements of a busy restaurant and a basic gastronomic knowledge.
