Hello, I'm Robert.
Hi, my Name is Robert Dasser and I'm 20 years old. I come from a small town in the very north of Italy called Bolzano. My mother language is German, followed by Italian and English.
Since I was 8 years old I've been dreaming of becoming the best Chef in the world. So I decided to go to the cooking school Savoy in Merano. In term of taking the education I cooked for 3 years in 3 different Hotels in Southtyrol. I enjoyed this experience very much. During my time as a chef I started to take interest in other parts of the gastronomy and as I enjoy drinking cocktails also bartending. I realised that being in direct contact with the guest was something very important to me. Therefore shortly after the last summer season I decided to book a bartending corse in Puket, since I've always wanted to visit Tailand. My next step of life will be to work as a bartender in somewhere in Europe. After this experience I want to travel around the world with this profession.
