7 years experience in a restaurant on the dutch beach. I worked myself up from doing the dishes to main bartender and assistant manager. I've learned handeling pressure and stress that comes along with the busy days on the beach. The last years my main tasks were making coffee's, beers, regular gin & tonic's. Keeping track of the stocks. Making sure there were enough employees to handle the day without to much stress.
