A social, enthusiastic girl from Sweden who loves to have a fun time behind the bar while working under pressure and as a team with my colleagues. Huge interest of people and sees bartending as an advantage for feeding this interest.
Always had a big interest of cocktails and other beverages but during by 4 week bartendning course in Cape Town, South Africa I have developed more knowledge and a better understanding of different spirits and the combination of spirits and flavours. I also got a taste of the huge bartending world and I am ready to learn more about bartending by work experience and learning from other peoples experiences and education. From my previous jobs I have developed an interest and skill about service. I consider myself service-minded by always prioritises the guests interests and needs while keeping my mood up even during pressure. I have learned that you are able to manage almost every situation while keeping a friendly attitude and having a smile on your lips.
