I've always worked in places where the way you treat your customer can change his whole experience. I think loving your job makes you keep wanting to grow and become better at it, you always have something new to learn of every job, no matter if it's something you've been doing for years, every new situation can enrich yourself. Skills like punctuality, attentiveness and be able to stay calm under preassure are some very importants to me that I think I've achieved during the years.
