Since i did the European Bartender School in London, i found my big passion : Mixology, Flair and Bartending! The Art of combine different ingredients , entertain the guest, and serve a wonderfull balanced Cocktail with an outstanding Flavor, as simple it sounds it needs a lot of hard work, creativity and inspiration to do so, and is exactly what i wana invest my skills and knowledge to! Since i Traveled the World and gather knowledge about different fruits, spices, herbs, or spirits as well as several methods to use or procces them i spend many time to experiment with those ingredients and creating new excting ways to Dicover flavor and taste. In those busy days we have right now my aim is to help people realx and enjoy life by diving into the world of wonderfull flavor, taste and help them to activate their sences to appreciate little things in life!
