Hello, I'm Brian.
My aim as a bartender is to make great drinks which inspire great nights and great conversations.
Coming from a wide background in bars, restaurants, hotels, castles and hostels my skill set and experience is varied and refined. My most previous position in the renovation and opening of one of Ireland's Oldest Castels helped me take on much more responsibility, as well as refining many skills behind the bar I.e. Technique when making drinks, controlling of stock, money handeling skills. Travelling and working throughout Europe and South America I have met and shared memories with many people and it is my goal again to work with and provide amazing drinks to amazing people.
