As an Operations Assistant for BOOTS UK Ltd. one of UK's top national health and beauty retailer, I was responsible for: • Procurement of all company's inventories. • I was involved in supply line materials management, procurement and production, short and long range planning and general business for Boot consumer commodities. • I prepared purchase orders (POs) and requests for quotation (RFQs). • I engaged in inventory control, reducing number of stock that are not fit for purpose by ensuring that all purchase orders were analysed for completeness, right specifications, according to demand forecasts.
