My experience working as a Bartender and then onto a Bar Manager was great in teaching me work ethic and leadership values. I was able to expand on my knowledge of customer service and general bar skills. As a bartender I loved the fast pace atmosphere on event nights and thrived under the pressure of creating drinks in a timely manor.
