Hi there! Quick introduction: Young guy from Denmark trying to explore the world a bit whilst enjoying shaking up some beautiful cocktails! You will always see me with a big smile behind the bar!
My bartending carrer is not too long yet, but at 21 years old I have worked in 3 different bars in 3 different countries. My passion for cocktails and service is huge and it comes naturally to me to care about the details and the high level of service. I am a team player and love the social part of hospitality. Currently I am working at the CloudM bar on top of CitizenM TLD, by as the grey and rainy days in London isn’t doing it for me, I hope to soon move south to warmer weather. I know a good amount of classic cocktails and my way around the bar. I have worked in a busy nightclub for 1,5 years, where I learned to keep calm and focused in stressed situations. I have done freelancing with my own bar for weddings and big birthdays. I have worked as a waiter in a casual fine dining restaurant for 2 years, so I can go on the floor when needed.
