My working experienced began as a waitress in an Italian restaurant called Rosso Pomodoro in London where I learned valuable people skills as well as tray-handling and it was my first encounter with the service industry. After that I began to specialize in cocktails by working at Tiger Tiger London as a bartender which opened my eyes to the depth of the business and magnified my interests in the world of cocktails. Most recently I graduated from EBS Miami where I gained massive amounts of knowledge and confidence to prove myself as a capable person behind any bar. All of the above has helped me be a hard working, detail oriented person with the ability to listen and learn as the job requires.
