I am a friendly, able to stay serious if necessary but I love to mess around, I am also very creative and experimental with cocktail. I speak English and french at academy level.

I did the 4-week of international bar tending that EBS offers and the 2 day mixology course. This did help me to get the basic down of bar tending (creating syrup, managing pressure, making cocktail and organizing a bar) and also learned different type of alcohol and can guide the client for a drink. I worked as a gardener and and glass work. I had to deal with the client while I was working along side more experience worker in both of those jobs and really enjoyed it.
