I've worked in high class establishments for all of my bartending career and therefore started with high levels of service being drilled into me by eagle-eyed managers and bartenders, along with the fundamentals of cocktail creation, which EBS only heightened and refined which I believe is reflected in my grade. On the other hand I drink at mostly low-key bars and speakeasies and feel completely at home in a more relaxed environment.
