Hello, I'm Gabriel.
I'm a hard working French-Canadian who's got a love for mixology. I'M especially creative with dark and spiced rum. I work well under prssure and I'm not afraid of rushing hours. If anything, they stimulate me.
Making cocktails and learning about the different spirits has been one of my hobbies for more than a year now. Although I don't technically have any experience in a bar, i have worked a long time in retail and customer service and this is something i really njoy doing. The days are always different when the people you meet change all the time.
