I left school and went straight into hospitality work (first in a café and then also a pub) where I learnt how to manage multiple orders, prepare with precision and then deliver in a way that forced even the more difficult costumers to smile. Working both jobs taught me how to manage my time effectively and I was also trusted with handling money.
