Starting my bar career in a night club really set me off to a flying start, I mean it's the place that will push you to your limits for service speed. While working for the venue I also completed a customer service qualification which taught me different service styles. Following on I went to work for a restaurant company alongside my primary job within Starbucks where I am responsible for training and development of staff and day to day running of the store. Hospitality has taught me some great skills in leading a team, dealing with guest queries a and creating memorable guest experiences.
