Bartender, The Frog at Bercy Village Responsible for preparing cocktails, pulling draught beer and preparing hot drinks for a very busy service bar in an affluent quarter of Paris. Also responsible for engaging and serving guests sitting at the bar. This job taught me how to manage a range of customer demands all the while keeping the bar clean, and organised under pressure. Working with a service team of 55 staff, team work was key.
