I have been working behind the bar for 4 years now. AND I LOVE IT. I have educated myself in that area, went to EBS bartender school. Had some schooling in Estonia also,for example show bartenders beginning course, and 2-day champagne school, to get to know the basics. I have also participated in cocktail competitions.
