Canarian bartender in love with cocktails and clients's smiles
I've worked as a bartender in two different cocktail bars for two years in the sunny Canary Islands. During that two years, I've ended head managing, with staff under muy responsability and developed an active role in the cocktail menu, the relationships with providers and the promotion of the bar. In Barcelona, i´ve in the famous bar Ocaña, and also as head bartender, managing my own cocktail menu in a restaurant, developing their bar from cero. Now I´m looking for new working challenges, that let me involve myself with another project and, of course, keep learning.
