I describe myself as a cocktail bartender who is always smiling and happy to do the job! Serving perfect drinks and entertaining my guests is what i love to do! I do travel a lot to expand my knowledge and experiences as a bartender.

My name is Zana, 20 years old and living in the Netherlands. I have around 1,5 year experience with cocktail bartending. I started my bartender career at EBS Phuket with the 4 weeks bartender course. After that journey I worked for 1 year in the Amsterdam Art’otel (5&33) as Junior Bartender. Because of my passion for bartending I became an skillfull and creative person behind the bar. I learned a lot about spirits, pro activeness, efficiency, creativity and mixology. I am travelling a lot through south east asia and gave masterclasses in the Philippines. I am also following a mixology course at EBS Phuket (to be completed 22-23 June). I love travelling as a bartender so much because I am be able to see different cultures with different spirits, the source of some ingredients we use in cocktails and learing from other bartenders around the globe. This is an example that I am open and willing to learn new skills and knowledge! I am sociable really strong, creative, enthousiastic, professional, passionate and motivated!
