Hello, I'm Lennart.

I’m a 27 years old guy, who loves the bar life. I’m a fun and smiling person who is hungry to know more about the world at large. I like to tackle and keep a good pace when I'm working.

Development & knowledge: I went to a Bartending School to try something new. I didn’t know much about cocktails before then, but when I was at school, I really got my eyes up for it. The more we learned, the crazier the passion got. I love working with cocktails and the best thing is to try to create something new myself. I have now worked for sometime in the profession, but I still hungry to learn something new and make my knowledge bigger and better, and provide my knowledge to new bartenders.. Service & customer care: When I stand behind a bar, it is not only cocktails I concentrate on doing. I’m really focused on providing an equally good service, because I think, it’s just as important, as it is on making a perfect cocktail. I have in my former work, had several courses around service and to treat guests as if they were at home, and that’s something I even considered important in general life. Independent & Team player As an employee, I’m a very loyal, honest, funny, serious and helpful person. I’m very keen to get on well, with all my colleagues. I love meeting new people, because I think it's so amazing that we are all different. There is nothing better than to meet new people, that you can learn something from, than what you already know and provide new knowledge to them, that they didn’t know. On the other hand, I’m also very good as working alone. In order to be a good employee, I think you should be: loyal, honest, serious, funny, loyal, helpful, friendly, smiling, charismatic and at least be yourself.
