The success of a venue depends on a range of different factors. And this success highly is based on how the staff members run the place. Having this in mind, I start every single shift. Because I like giving my customers a great experience as I would like to have it on a night out. Working at several festivities in Germany made me uncover my love for creating a good time for others by ensuring they get what they pay for. May it be certain food I cooked at this events or more recently providing a great Breakfast and/or Lunch experience for customers at the Bower Restaraunt in Manly, Sydney for the past 6 months. Even during busy evening functions with a full house I try to always give every customer a certain amount of time and appreciation. During this very beverage intense times I folow the irders and create the drinks, fill up the bar again, keep the work area clean and all of this structured and fast. The love for seeing people enjoing my service and the love of creation put in a glass inspired me to do the European Bartender Course. Gaining all the compulsory skills to become a bartender with the right experience, which I would like to get from now on.
