Im am a charismatic person, who loves make people happy. Always smiling and giving my best, I am a bartender from Ecuador. I consider myself very creative when it comes to make new drinks.
My educational background and previous experience have prepared me for the role of a Bartender. Over the last few years, I have developed a passion for providing top-quality customer service. During my first placement in the F&B area at HYATT Regency Newport, Rhode Island – EEUU, I learned the basis of F&B, which gave me a solid background to perform my everyday duties. Currently at Fairmont Resort, Leura - Australia: I have developed a strong attention to details and I have improved my management skills. Here I have developed my bartender skills including drinking mixing techniques, free pouring and jigger skills, speed mixing and serving techniques.
