Hello, I'm Caroline.
I am a curious, passionate girl, born and raised in Vienna, Austria. Fine Cocktails make the world go round.
For me, it is all about the whole experience. Nice to meet you, I am Caroline. The world is full of different people with different tastes and this is what makes it so special. I am a fan of diversity, of wonders and new places. When I am working behind the bar, as I could experience at EBS, I am doing it whole-heartedly. I am taking working serious, at it is a part of living and not just a duty. I want to create special moments for my customers. As I previously studied Art History in Vienna, I had a very theoretical background. What always drew me in more were jobs were I could get with people. When I worked in a Gallery half a year, I learned to discover what was most fun for me was standing behind the bar at evening events and serving customers and talking with them about good wines. Next month I flew to London and then it hit me: I found what I really wanted to do.
