Possessing skills from my previous careers in the Military, I.T. and Project Management that are transferable to the hospitality industry. An adaptable set of skills, can work in a high-end cocktail bar serving classic & modern cocktails, or can work in a fast paced nightclub serving multiple orders to multiple guests at the same time. Able to help to design new cocktails and create a new menu, tailored to the bar's theme and the customer base.
