Have experience in a busy restaurant cocktail bar that specialises in 100% blue agave tequila. Making signature and classic cocktails, serving food and taking payment. While working there I was also responsible for recieving delivieries, opening and closing procedures and doing preperations for service by preparing fresh and dehydrated garnishes, fresh juices, flavoured sugars and salts, shrubs, infusions and syrups, also some of the cocktails required ice carving. Have previous experience in a hotel bar environment. Am fluent in English and Latvian. Also am able to communicate in French, Spanish and Russian. I am a fast learner, responsible and reliable and am never late for work, pay attention to detail and have high standards for work execution.
