Working in a bar for private parties as a side job, i started to love being a bartender. After my time at EBS New York i knew for certain that this is what i want to do. The only thing is the bar i work for now doesn't serve cocktails. I can handle the pressure of a busy bar alone and in a team. I know how to talk to people from behind the bar but i want more experience from different places. I want to know more about how other bars/restaurants/etc handle with customers. But most of all i want to know more about the different cocktails that exist and how i can be a better/faster bartender.
