Nephew of a senior bartender I literally grew up behind the bars. Started working at 18 as barback in the discos. After the Ebs 4 week course at 19 I was the bartender of a 4star hotel on the Italian Alps. In the past two years I worked in a dynamic restaurant and snack bar in one of the main squares of Sorrento, South Italy. Mainly making classic and modern cocktails and checking daily stocks when required I also served tables and took orders.
