Hello, I'm Teodoro.

I am a friendly, fast learning Italian/English 19 year old looking to immerse himself in a new country and language. I do all aspects of bartending like I do when cooking one of my grandmas recipes, I have fun doing it and I do it right.

Working for the Oddfellows was a great starter opportunity for I learned many thing but I’ll list only 3 that I feel represent my experience best. Serving demanding guests, it was hard but it was also a revelation. I learned that once I started to enjoy myself the mood of my guests would flip on a dime and if that made their day better that'd be a win in my book. Up-selling and knowledge of the products came hand in hand and it also was a big part of the job description. I soon learnt that increased knowledge and recommendation of products tailored to individuals enhanced the experience from the guest to the onlooker, as it exhumed confidence in the bartender and establishment. Finally, I really enjoy this profession because nothing cheered me up quite like the guest handing you their complete trust and you proving them correct. Every job has ups and downs, the way you deals with it defines you. I love bartending because even when the walls are coming down around me, I can still take pride in my work.
