Young and volunteer to create, I like to work with clients which give me an eternal good mood and smile. I like to discover new ambiances, new teams, and new places. I spend my free time with nature juggling, climbing, hiking.
In various types of establishments, from the Brasserie to the palace, in various position, from runner to bartender or second salle manager. I began bar in a French complimentary license, after hostelry school and began creating cocktails in a themed dinner restaurant until completely enter in mixology world with the EBS grade and an informal course in the back office of the TGastrobar of Madrid creating flavored rums and vodkas, molecular decorations and talking about mixology during nights and nights.
