Hello, I'm Margaux.
Three passions: innovation, sociability and traveling. Eager for curiosity and the desire to always learn more, it was obvious to do the European Bartender School and work as a barmaid.
I'm working since a year in one of the only cocktail bar of Monaco "Jack Monaco". We offer many cocktails made with flavored alcohols such as cigar rum, campari with chorizo or bacon whiskey. All this allowed me to learn how to manipulate different alcohols and transform them. Today I’m head bartender assistant at this place.
