I started to work behind about 7 years ago. The passion and love for this profession came a few years to a new level. After i finished my international barkeeper course by EBS i found new ideas and new things which i didnt new before. For the last two years i worked in a Hotel bar as Head Bartender and started to create my own card and cocktails. Preparing the bar and keeping a high standard for me and the guests behind it is the most important thing for me. But still...theres so much i want to know and test more!
