I'm a hard worker, used to high end venues and a lot of pressure. I have a high standard of serve (measurement, low dilution, balance, presentation). I know my way around the classic cocktails and have a few signatures of my own.
I have travelled a lot around Aisa, Australia, Europe and Northern Africa. Solo travelling and with friends. I used to be a university student for Archaeology and Social work. But after working student jobs in bars I carefully decided to quit my studies, since I already knew where my passion was at. After quitting university I enrolled in an EBS course to start specializing myself in cocktails. I have a Belgian driver's license with internation translation and I know how to drive a motorbike.
