I am an enthusiastic 20 year old who is looking for a new adventure in a new city. I am hard working, positive, energetic and personable person. I love making cocktails, pouring beers and a high energy atmosphere.
I have been working in customer service for almost 10 years in different types of setting where I have learned how to problem solve, keep guests happy, prevent future issues and many other skills for the customer service industry. I have learned a lot from working at The Algonquin Resort. This property is a 5 star, 4 diamond resort in eastern Canada. Here I have learned skills like team work, by assisting in different departments when they need help. Here is where I have also been able to receive cross training in F&B. I have cross trained in serving as well In Room Dining. I currently am working in a small bar where I pour a lot of beers and make a few cocktails while meeting new people constantly. At the same time it is also a lot about making connections with the people who come in.
