Hi! My name is James Harvey, I am 20 years old and want to be your next bartender! I have about 3 and a half years of experience in the restaurant industry, 2 of which has been spent behind the bar! While each day was both challenging and unique in its own right, I have always enjoyed meeting such a diverse group of people and the social interactions that comes with working in the restaurant business. Before deciding to find something new, I helped the restaurant that I was working at to create a new cocktail menu, including 6 original cocktails! Bartending has definitely helped me become a more creative person, both behind the bar and elsewhere. Traveling to Barcelona for my Bartender course has been a particular highlight, as I was lucky enough to not only learn a great deal in order to become a better bartender, but also to meet such a fantastic group of people.
