Passionate and dedicated. I mastered most of the techniques for cocktail making from the simple jigger/free pour to distillation in Rotovapor, Milkpunch, fermentation, percolation. Worked for two of the best bar in the London scene right now such as Cahoots and Scarfes Bar.
