Hello, I'm Joshua.
English born bartender with a passion for learning about wine and spirits. I have passed both the SDEN1 and the WSET2. I am living in Zurich and hope to find a job.
I have worked at a busy bar covering 300 diners and 300+ bar guests. I most recently worked at a restaurant where my bar manager was using my help to change the spirits, wines, beers, and the cocktail list. We ran a 0-waste, seasonal garden bar. We distilled our own Gin on site using botanicals from the garden. I also got the opportunity to make my own amaretto and cordials, bitters etc.
