Travelling the world with an open mind, I am always looking for a new ingredient, a new flavor, something that I can use in a new cocktail. The creativity is very important for me, but I never forget to learn from the past too. I started work in London as a barback, and i grew up super fast in a big company. After couple of months, I became bartender, and head bartender. 4 months later - Bar supervisor. I switched for an other bar - to be head bartender and apprentice Mixologue and work on the cocktail menu for all bars in the company. (25 bars)
