Whilst working with some of the best bartenders that Sydney has to offer, I've learned a great deal. Not only about customer service, but also the work that goes into a venue before and after trading hours. Cleaning, preparation before service, stock control. I prefer to give this knowledge on to other people as much as I can. As I would like to receive new knowledge. As I work, customer service comes first. The people want their drink fast and perfect. That will always be my aim.
