Eager to show the things I have learned in Amsterdam. Need a new challenge where I can show my potential. With hard working, I would show that I deserve a place with the best in your team.
I am working in slow pace bar, where the culture (unfortunately) is more on coffee and non mixing drinks. I also have a head bartender who don`t like to change some things. Can`t blame him, he worked mostly in Belgrade bars and made recipes from some other local bartenders.
But even though, he taught me how to work clean and he uses FIFO very effectively. Very little spoilage and out of date products are under his watch.
