After nine years of bartending, I'm eager for a fresh challenge. Working from small independent restaurants to 4-star hotels has helped me to build experience and gain lots of skills. What I enjoy about bartending is being able to work with so many people from around the world, it has helped to expand my horizons and given me an appetite for working abroad. Working in hotels has been especially informative, as it required providing service for events, the restaurant and even just the guest lounge. This meant I could practice a wide range skills required.
