After my working holiday visa in Auckland New Zeland at Rosie coffee restaurant. Where I started as senior waitress/barmaid and because of my good work, and my motivation I finish as duty manager/barmaid, i also followed the Allpress class to have the barista basic. This experience teach me a lot about to manage a team, the relation with customers and my english involved. I’ve been chef de rang in restaurant La Mala in Cap d’Ail for 5 months. This experience teach me how to be in front of the customer, to resolve a deal, make sure everything is fine, ensure a good service. I have also 6 months of experience as barmaid at le Mariosa**** at Porto Vecchio in Corsica. Who teach me me how to work in luxury hotel. So I am ready to start a new experience for 2018!!
