Creative, curious barman from Italy with a strong passion for wine, beer and cocktails. I Love particularly gin and tequila.
Working in big cities is really tough, but is the best thing if you want to meet lot of different people. I’ve been in different bars during this 3 years that are located in the area of Milan. I learned how to be kind and friendly with clients, how to manage a bar, and is counter, and how run a group waiters and bar backs. I’ve also worked as a cook for few years in prestigious restaurants.
