Hello, I'm Nicole.
I am a well-trained professional with experience of working within mid-range and luxury chain hotels. I bring a unique quality of service; a mixture of the classic American style along side a friendly and social-able Caribbean attitude.
I am born a host. I have been working in the food and beverage industry since the age of 23. I also worked in hotels , as a food and beverage supervisor. What I learn in these hotels was that I do not belong in a hotel. My personality is too big! I belong in a restaurant and bar. (the best time of my life have been working in these places) I believe in life, its important to learn what doesn't excite you and what makes you work harder. MY passion is in team building and having a great time delivering the best service with my team. the other things do not impress me or give me joy. Hand me over the worst team you can possibly think of and in a few weeks WE can show you what you didn't even know you been missing in your service.
