For me going out is escaping your daily routine. Does not matter going out for food or have a drink at the bar. All the people going out is because, they want to enjoy themselves or each other. That is the moment where we come in as hospitality to provide them with an unforgivable evening with food, drinks and our service. The two most important moment of the evening is the arrival and the departure. It is like daily bases first impression and the last impression. The arrival is important because it can influence the whole evening. If the guest does not have a good arrival it can be stuck in their heads. For example, if nobody greats them directly and they must wait too long. It can give the guest a different point of view of the restaurant. The departure the most important. Because, that is the last memory of the guest of restaurant. Does not matter how the evening went. If the ending is bad. That is what the guest will tell their friends because that is the last memory. And in between is must going perfect of course.
