My dream carreer is to travel the world through bartending aiming to make new working experiences always on a higher level. I kicked off my carreer in a fast paced fusion restaurant in the earth of Milano and after 5 months I took the oppportunity to move to Lake Como in a 5 star luxury hotel that features 5 stylish bars and restaurants. After a short period working as bartender of the beach bar, I got promoted to the main bar of the hotel. There I've learnt how to deal with important customers from all over the world and how to exceed their expectations. It's all about details. Now I'm working at Bulgari Resort and Residences in Dubai, among the top quality hotels in the world. Since I'm very interested about mixology, I would like to make my next experience in a successfull cocktail bar, maybe in London or New York, but I'm willing to relocate anywhere to broaden my knowledge and my skills behind the bar.
