Brazilian bartender with 6 years experience in Hospitality. I love the bar environment and a good Rum!

I started as a Bartender in Club Med Trancoso and Club Med Valmorel, in Bahia-BR and France, respectively. In Rio de Janeiro, I got a promotion as an Assistant Bar Manager, in Club Med Rio das Pedras and later the same experience in Club Med La Pointe Aux Cannoniers, in Mauritius Island. I did all the roles that a bar has, since cleaning glasses and setting up bar stations and stock, until managing a team of at least 20 people, monthly and weekly inventory, costs control and sales goals. I know the drill for three, four and five stars hotels, including the purchasing department, which I became manager last year in Club Med Lake Paradise, in Sao Paulo. I decided to go back to the Bar nowadays because I really like the environment and was eager to learn in a different company, different process and different mindsets of management and cultures, that is why I am in Dubai now, working for a beautiful restaurant in The Ritz-Carlton. We always learn, all the time, with all the people we work with and in the different places, and that is why I want to continue on this path. My goal is to find a place where I can really connect with the team, the place and the quality of life I have working in that place, at the same time, I want to add my knowledge to make the place better for everybody involved.
