Hard working, fast learner and passionate about what I do. With my 3 languages I enjoy speaking with my clients and make them feel good. As long as I'm learning, my motivation is always on top. And for me, nothing beats a good team work!
I've always worked in a team. Even though on "lazy" work days when necessary, I've manage to handle both bar and floor alone. Order and to be clean are for me basic things that should exist in a bar or any work place for that matter. Also to be able to have conversations with your clients and still work with the same quality as ever, is a balance that I've succeeded to manage very good. My bottle techniques gives an impression that makes the client enjoy what you do, with you. That's the whole point of bartending, show the love for what you do makes the people love it too.
