I'm a hard-working and quite frankly geeky bartender. I like learning new techniques, experimenting with flavours, ice, glassware and combination and discovering new ways to entice the palate. I always search for new products and variations
1 year working in a snack bar in Japan: whsikey, sake, shochu, beer, customer service and experience. Graduated top of my class from EBS London in 2015, whilst I was applying for university. 3 years working my way up in Be At One Ltd., part-time due to studying at university. Managed to become in-store trainer and gain shift leader and management knowledge. Participated in Be At One Bartender Challenge in 2016 and took the price for Best Free-pourer, Best Original Cocktail Recipe and 2nd Runner Up. I have written about the industry and interviewed industry personalities for articles for The National Student as well as Bartender Lifestyle.
