I have been in hospitality for approximately 6 years. I began working as a bartender as a second job, but my passion for hospitality grew and I made this my Full-Time job. I started off as a glassy/barback and made my way up as a bartender(head bartender later on). I Moved to Sydney Australia to do the EBS there. After I finished the course I found a place that hired me to create their cocktail menu, and to actually make cocktails since they didn't do cocktails there before I started working there. after working here for almost a year and a half I found a job in an underground speak-easy cocktail bar, Tatler is a well known cocktail bar in Sydney, here they put me in charge of the main bar, creating a cocktail menu and staff training.
